Exercising consistently is as important for your health as eating or sleeping. I believe the reason that most people fail to workout on a regular basis is because they’ve set themselves up to loose. In order words, it’s extremely hard to exercise following the rules or systems they’ve bought into. What if there was a way to get yourself to exercise no matter what the weather or your schedule were like?
