It takes tremendous courage to realize when your life is not working but even more courage to have the guts to do something about it. One of the reasons I wanted to bring Shannon here is because she is a beautiful example of someone who found herself in a very challenging position: suffering from a food disorder, depression, drinking and doing drugs to a place where she feels authentically alive and as you will see throughout the interview, radiating joy and enthusiasm from within.
