[…] Listening to Bernardo talk about “coming back to you” vlog today, I was made more aware of what is wrong in my life right now. I am thinking way too much with my brain and not enough with my heart. I need to open my heart more and listen to what it has to say to me. Tell me what I need to do and what steps next I need to take. I am stuck in the cycle of, not knowing what to do next, facing difficult challenges, confusion, feeling behind, and that everything is too much to handle right now. It may all be a part of grief over the loss of my father I am sure too. But I agree with Bernardo, I need to open my heart and listen. Have you ever been stuck like this too?
